Arrival
A smooth check-in
- 1Enter the first gate
At 3148 College Avenue, walk through the first gate and follow the path along the right side of the house.
- 2Continue through the grapevine gate
The side-door entrance is just beyond the second, vine-covered gate.
- 3Use your private access code
Tap the small screen on the left of the door, select the PIN symbol, and enter the code sent in your secure reservation message.
- 4Enter the main floor
Inside the small entry room, use the same secure code on the first door to the left with the mosaic-glass window.
Your door code is intentionally private. It is provided only through your reservation message and never through the permanent property QR code.

Driveway parking is available for $35 per day. Please confirm that it is included in your reservation and ask which marked space to use.
Street parking
Street parking is generally available along College Avenue. Always follow posted curb, street-sweeping, and temporary restriction signs.
Electric vehicle
A Tesla charger is available at no additional charge when driveway parking has been reserved.
Your kitchen
Cook, gather, and make yourself at home.
A full-size stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils are ready for you.
- Wash used dishes and wipe counters after cooking.
- Keep food sealed or refrigerated to avoid attracting insects.
- Trash bags are normally stored under the kitchen sink.
- Return kitchen items to their original place.
